Welcome to Quick Beat Drops ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our autonomous generative audio production suite, video visualizer rendering engine, and automated YouTube distribution workflows.
01. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or interacting with Quick Beat Drops (including web dashboards, API endpoints, or autonomous daemon tasks), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our associated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue platform use immediately.
02. User Accounts & Multi-Tenant Isolation
Quick Beat Drops operates an isolated multi-tenant architecture. Every registered user is granted a dedicated profile and an isolated cryptographic security vault for API tokens, YouTube OAuth credentials, and beat libraries.
Your Responsibilities for Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, Suno API session tokens, Google OAuth client secrets, and Gemini keys. Quick Beat Drops does not share credentials between tenants.
You agree to immediately notify platform administrators of any unauthorized use of your credentials or security breaches.
03. Generative Audio & Visualizer Rendering
Our platform orchestrates AI audio synthesis, Ken Burns cinematic video generation, and audio loudness mastering (-14 LUFS standard). By utilizing these features:
- You warrant that prompts, style directions, and lyric requests do not infringe upon trademarks, copyrights, or promote unlawful material.
- You acknowledge that machine-generated audio characteristics may occasionally vary based on model versions and third-party upstream providers (e.g., Suno, Gemini).
- System resource limits (render queues, daily upload quotas) are enforced to maintain multi-tenant stability.
04. YouTube API & Third-Party Terms
Quick Beat Drops utilizes the official YouTube Data API v3 to automate scheduled beat releases, metadata generation, and video uploads on your behalf.
YouTube Terms of Service Compliance
By connecting your YouTube channel to Quick Beat Drops, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke Quick Beat Drops' access to your account at any time via your Google Security Settings.
05. Intellectual Property & Master Rights
Subject to your compliance with upstream AI providers' licensing terms, you retain full ownership of the tracks generated through your account. Quick Beat Drops claims no ownership or royalty share over instrumentals published to your linked channels.
For detailed guidelines regarding non-profit distribution, commercial leasing, and attribution tags ("Prod. by [Your Channel]"), please consult our Music Licensing Agreement.
06. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Attempting to bypass multi-tenant isolation or access another user's API vault or beat database.
- Using the autonomous daemon to spam or violate YouTube community guidelines or rate limits.
- Uploading audio containing hate speech, illegal material, or malicious payloads.
- Reverse-engineering the platform's proprietary rendering pipelines or bypassing rate-limiting throttles.
07. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Quick Beat Drops is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and reliable daily drops, we do not warrant that external services (Suno, YouTube, Gemini API) will operate uninterrupted. Under no circumstances shall Quick Beat Drops be liable for channel strikes, lost ad revenue, or algorithmic ranking shifts.
